For example, in the procurements arena, simple workflows with a set of easy to follow steps are being created which allow the user to easily track where each transaction is and what steps need to be completed in order to be efficient.

Flexar bases its business logic in simple workflows that indicate what status each transaction is in and what are the next steps it can take. Also, the software has a set of roles which allow the security of the system to be controlled by each change of stage or status in any transaction. This makes it extremely user friendly and very intuitive for every user or company worker.

For example, a process can be the quotations process. In order to manage it correctly, a set of stages are created. These stages can be:
