For example, in the procurements arena, simple workflows with a set of easy to follow steps are being created which allow the user to easily track where each transaction is and what steps need to be completed in order to be efficient.

Flexar bases its business logic in simple workflows that indicate what status each transaction is in and what are the next steps it can take. Also, the software has a set of roles which allow the security of the system to be controlled by each change of stage or status in any transaction. This makes it extremely user friendly and very intuitive for every user or company worker.

For example, a process can be the quotations process. In order to manage it correctly, a set of stages are created. These stages can be:

Awaiting approval

Awaiting acceptance

Accepted by customer

Transformed into sales order

Since these steps are very easy to understand, the company workers do not need to refer to manuals or videos in order to understand where each transaction is. This intuitive design makes the workplace much more enjoyable.

Another way Flexio is changing the way business is done is simply by taping into the mobile market and making sure every part of the system is completely mobile friendly. Depending on the role of the users, this creates a completely geographically agnostic access to the system. Everyone can work from wherever they find more enjoyable. This in turn, creates a much better experience for the users.
